Ironman Competes for Trust

Intrepid Blades Williamson is taking on the Lake Placid Ironman in aid of The Trust on 25th July 2010.

A mere matter of 2.4 miles swim, 112 mile bike ride and 26.2 miles marathon run. That's why they call it the Ironman.
